Quilt Show Chair Challenge

The time has come to announce the Quilt Show Chairs Challenge. One season of the year is very special to me. I was even married two days after Christmas.

So decorating and getting into the season has always been fun. I decorate 4 trees and make sure the mantel has everyone’s stockings hanging. Even all the horses get stockings on their stalls so Santa can fill them. Are you seeing a theme?

Well here it is-
the challenge is making a Christmas Stocking.

You have lots of time to be very creative. Please use the pattern you received at the meeting or download it from the link below.

That is half of the challenge. The other half is the stockings will be filled after the show. We will donate them to children and adults. Those organizations and places haven't been decided yet, as it is early. Just know you will help someone less fortunate than you to have a brighter Christmas.

I look forward to working on this project as well. There is a little Christmas for all of us to fill this Challenge and need. If you choose not to be judged but still want to join in, let us know.

We hope you have fun with this Challenge.

May the joy of Christmas be in your heart,
Sue Halley and Diana Fairchild

***note: please add a loop so your stocking can be hung. ****
