Entry Logistics
Entry Check in / Pick Up
- The entry window for the quilt show is February 24 - March 31.
- This link will take you directly to the entry site or you can find the link on our website under Quilt Show 2025.
(Link will be available February 24th) - To login you will need your email address and your member password - this is the password on the back of your 2025 membership card.
- We strongly encourage everyone to enter all quilts using the online entry form.
- Assistance will be available February 24 and March 24 between meetings for those needing assistance. If you need help, please bring all information about your quilt, including: name of quilt, measurements, name of the quilter, the category you wish to enter it, the pattern used and a written description of your quilt.
- Questions about categories may be directed to Megan Bracy at [email protected] or Brenda Mortensen at [email protected].
- Those choosing to enter by paper should request a form from Brenda Mortensen at a meeting or by emailing Nicole Brathwaite at [email protected] These forms are due by March 31, 2025
- Fees: Judged entries require a fee of $12.50 and non-judged entries require a fee of $7.50. These fees are nonrefundable for cancellations or no show entries. Payments may be made online when you enter, or you may mail a check to: Attn: Nicole Brathwaite. EIHQ. PO Box 86, Marion, IA 5230
- Quilts that cannot be hung due to space limitations will have their fees refunded.
- Please complete all entries by March 31 as we will not be accepting any late entries. You may enter as many quilts as you like, so there is no need to wait until the deadline to see if we need more quilts. We have a very large space and would like to hang as many quilts as possible
Entry Check in / Pick Up
- Entry check-in will be Monday, May 12, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Kohawk Arena, Coe College. You will sign two Drop-Off Entry Forms. You will keep one; we will keep the other.
- Entry pick-up will be Saturday, May 17, 2024 at a time TBD at Kohawk Arena, Coe College. You MUST bring your signed copy of the Drop-Off Pick Up form to pick up your entries.
