RAFFLE QUILT
The raffle quilt, "Dandelions in My Pineapple Patch" was designed by Bobbi Colby, stitched by Colleen Arnold and Bobbi Colby, and quilted by Lana Corcoran. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each and can be purchased at the show, by a guild member, or by contacting Betty Whitemore at 319/373-8804.
FLYER AND BOOKMARK
The quilt show bookmark and flyer will be e-mailed and mailed this spring to quilt shops and quilt guilds in Iowa and surrounding states.
RULES, ENTRY FORM, AND EIHQ BOARD COPYRIGHT POLICY
EIHQ Board Copyright Policy:
All quilts being entered in our quilt show must have all the information requested on the entry form, or it will not be hung. For any quilt going into either the QUILTS FOR SALE or SILENT AUCTION,if they are not original designs, you must have the copyright holders permission for the quilt to be sold for the benefit of a nonprofit organization. Lastly, for the BOUTIQUE, again, if it is not an original design, you must have the permission of the copyright holder, and you must supply a copy of the same with your paperwork for the Boutique. Thank you so much for your cooperation. We are implementing this to be sure to honor the copyright holder, as well we should, and to hopefully protect the guild and each one of our members.

Make a placemat(s) that would “Make My Day.” After the quilt show, should you be so generous, the placemats will be donated to Meals On Wheels here in Cedar Rapids, and hopefully make a seniors day!

Quilts for Sale form: Minimum asking price – this is the lowest price you would be willing to see your entry go for. Maximum asking price– this is the price you would like to see your entry go for. This may seem a little confusing but last quilt show we had to lower the price on some pieces toward the end of the show. If you have no idea how to price your piece the Show Committee will establish a price as the quilts are hung.
REMINDER: The Design Source portion of the Entry Form must be filled out for Quilts for Saleand for Show Entries. If this section of the form is left blank the piece will not be accepted as a Quilt for Sale or as a Show Entry.
